Fioritto’s Accounting and Tax Service is celebrating its 37th year in providing accounting & tax services to our clients. This company began with two brothers both studying in the accounting industry. Frank Fioritto started his own part time tax practice out of his home office preparing personal and business tax returns in the evening while working a full-time job as a controller for a large corporation. On January 1, 1984, brother Michael Fioritto joined the company and the two became partners. Frank continued his controller position and worked evenings while Michael maintained the office on a daily basis along with Frank’s wife Michele Fioritto as office manager. In 1990 Frank and his family, moved and started a new business operation in Las Vegas Nevada. During the years of 1993 and 1994, Frank’s business was operating out of temporary location in 10 different Casinos in Las Vegas and was able to provide taxpayers their refunds within 24 hours of filing a tax return, that business became the largest independent electronic filer in the Ogden Utah IRS service center. Today Frank and his family are retired living in the Las Vegas Area.
